Care information

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

'Know Thyself" is an aphorism that means to "know thy measure" by understanding your feelings, discovering your strengths and weaknesses in an action of self-Knowledge.  For "knowing [oneself] is the beginning of all wisdom".

***This is one of our first designs that we were pressing with water-based heat transfers until we got set up with PERMASET Aqua water-based inks and screens.  In the spirit of sustainability and reducing our wastes, will will continue to sell these as the water-based heat transfers until we are out of them, at which point we will transition this design to PERMASET Aqua water-based inks screen prints (These prints do fade over time with washes - no more than plastisol inks, less the microplastics (we suggest turning the shirt inside out and using the gentle cycle) the reduced price reflects this difference - so grab em while their HOT 🔥for a great budge-friendly option).***
